Bring your family tree to life with easy and fun story projects. In this hands-on writing session, you will learn three different techniques, each resulting in a different kind of family story. 1.) Springboards: simple prompts that allow you to ask and answer questions about your family; 2.) Captured Moments: stories of a specific moment in time, particularly useful with photographs; 3.) Character Sketches: short descriptions of you or others. They only take 15 minutes or so to complete and the whole family can participate. At the end of the workshop, you will have a collection of stories and the know-how to continue.
