Learn to write courageously! Journaling is an excellent way to capture your experiences and work through thoughts and feelings in challenging times. Use structure and creativity to journal in a way that prevents overwhelm and promotes understanding, acceptance, and growth.
In this class, you will be introduced to the concept of journaling for self-care and shown three effective journaling techniques and discuss the various situations in which they may be used for self-care. You will also have the opportunity to try these techniques in short writing segments during the class, along with optional sharing.
NOTE: If you are a medical professional, first responder, experiencing illness, or are a primary caregiver for someone experiencing illness, you can take this class as pay what you can, including no charge.
